During Rerating with ECE, OP_RATE_ECE_EVENT Opcode Throws ERR_UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION (Doc ID 2241885.1)

Symptoms

On : ECE 11.3.0.2.0 version, and BRM 7.5.0.15.0 Version:


During Rerating with ECE, OP_RATE_ECE_EVENT opcode gives ERR_UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION

Steps:

1) Configure rerating with ECE by following the steps detailed in How To: Rerate Usage in ECE-BRM ( <Note 1923001.1 >)
2) 
Execute pin_rerate -rerate,  following error is observed in the em_gateway log:
