Symptoms

In a VCP 12.2.4.1 Instance:

After running an ASCP unconstrained plan,
The planning output includes planned orders for a certain MAKE item that was recently changed from BUY to MAKE.  However, the plan is not showing planned order demands for one of its component items, even though it is used every day.
This is a purchased item (C1).  No gross requirements are showing in the horizontal plan.

--- Business impact---
No demands are created.  As a result, the plan is not driving parts to purchase.
