Symptoms
On Rate Management -> Currency Rates, "Select All" check box on top of the rate table in the user interface (UI) does not work.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1 Navigate to On Rate Management -> Currency Rates
2 Select To Currency and add Floating Currency Rates and input 'Effective Date'
3 Select "Select All" check box on top of the rate table, can see it does not work
