Message Polling is Not Working and Failed with Error on MPS_CONFIG Table Does not Exist (Doc ID 2242092.1)

Symptoms

Certain family of inbound messages are not processed by Store Inventory Management (SIM)

Steps To Recreate:

 1. Insert foundation data messages into SIM (for creation of Stores and Items)
 2. Messages are seen lying as unprocessed in MPS_STAGED_MESSAGE table and sim.log shows the above mentioned error.
