I have applied a Demantra Web patch to my Demantra Windows Installation Host
and confirmed that the patch's SP number is reported in the Demantra VERSION_DETAILS_HISTORY table.
When I open a worksheet and check the version via the Help / About menu,
why do I not see the version information from my patch being reported?
Patch 23059980 - 12.2.5 USER BM
(SP=12250209 AppServer=4742) (CA-S) WEB,DB,PB Branch_V122511_Release BUILD DATE=03-JAN-2017
has been applied to the Demantra Windows Installation Host.
While Connected to the Demantra schema,
Even though SP=12250209 is reported here,
Help / About reports
126.96.36.199 Build 136 (3825)
which represents the unpatched 188.8.131.52 release.
If the Demantra appserver is was running the code from the web patch,
Help / About would report
184.108.40.206 (12250209) (4742)
