How To Configure GT & SSU For IM-SCF Response Messages (Doc ID 2242886.1)

Last updated on AUGUST 24, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Converged Application Server - Service Controller - Version 6.1.0 to 6.1.0 [Release 6.1]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

User has two IM-SCF modules, two GTs (Global Title) configured and only one SSN (Subsystem Numbers) is configured and assigned to IM-SCF modules.

All the incoming calls are connected and processed well. The only issue is that for SK calls (triggered by IDP to SK_CAMEL GT), the response messages (AC, RRBE) contain the CZ address - "420..." address in SCCP Global Title Calling Party Digits  (instead of the SK GT address "421...").

How can we change the configuration to ensure the responses to SK calls (SK IDPs) are returned from SK GT address? (CZ call sessions using CZ GTs and SK call sessions using SK GTs).
