Incorrect Stock Position Upon Scanning Item Barcode In Return to Warehouse on Hand Held (Doc ID 2243210.1)

Symptoms

When trying to Scan an Item while performing Return To Warehouse(RTW) on Handheld, incorrect stock on hand position is retrieved.


Steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. On SIM Hand Held device go to 1 - Shipping/Receiving;
  2. 4 - Returns;
  3. 1 - Create Return;
  4. 1 - Warehouse;
  5. Select Warehouse;
  6. Input Authorization Number;
  7. If you receive "Pending Returns Exist. Do you want to edit an existing return" - select 2-NO;
  8. Select Context Type;
  9. Select Inventory Status: 1-Available;
  10. Use Available Select Reason Code: 1-Overstock;
  11. Here scan the item A barcode;
  12. Scan the item B barcode;
  13. Scan the item B barcode again;
  14. Scan the item B barcode again;
  15. Here scan the item A barcode;
  16. When confirmed with Enter or scanning other item barcode the message "The return quantity is greater than the available stock on hand. Is the return quantity correct?" appear;
  17. Notice that on the new Qty there is added 2 items instead of only one item as there is only one new scan between the first one and the new one.
