Goal
The script for when a CLOSE icon is clicked does not work in the Appointment in Jeopardy alert but it does work in Acknowledge Emergency Alert.
Why would you have a CLOSE option? There must be a way for this to work that is provided by Oracle since it states you can close an alert.
