Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS), PricePromotion tags are not in POSLOG for transactions where promotional items are sold. It is expected that the tags will be sent in the POSLOG to external systems.
Steps to Reproduce :
Pre-Requisite : Set up the StoreServerConduit.xml on the pos server to generate POSLogs.
1. Import a complex price promotion for an item into Back Office.
2. Complete a sale transaction with this item
3. Check the POSLog
Note that PricePromotion tags are missing.
