'Job Submission Failed' Error Is Received When Trying to Print Any Report from SIM

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) version 13.2.x is integrated with Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP) version 126.96.36.199, the users are not able to print any reports from SIM and receive the following error; "There was an error, the report was unable to print to <Printer Name>".
Also the following error can be found on the sim.log;
Steps: to Reproduce:
1. Login in to SIM.
2. Choose any report, for example direct delivery.
3. Navigate to Shipping/Receiving > Direct Delivery.
4. Select a direct delivery.
5. Press 'Print' button.
6. Select the printer.
The following error is received "There was an error, the report was unable to print to <Printer Name>".
