Actions with Timesheets are being delayed, and in some cases not processing. Actions include: Approve and Submit and Reopen. At this time no other actions have been reported as having issues.
Timesheet Actions to process without delay and denial.
Creation of a project with an activity with several hundred timesheet users assigned to the activity. Many of the users recording hours against the one activity.
