Validation Errors When Upgrading To 17.1 Error 55003 Unable To Move Account To Production Mode Instantis EnterpriseTrack (Doc ID 2243507.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to return the environment back to "Production Mode" after upgrading to 17.1, any of the following error in Validation occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------

Error 55003 : Measurement System is currently used for Statement and Notes Mapping and cannot be disabled.
Error 55003 : Scope is currently used for Statement and Notes Mapping and cannot be disabled.
Error 55003 : Benefits To Be Pursued is currently used for Statement and Notes Mapping and cannot be disabled.
Error 55003 : Customer is currently used for Statement and Notes Mapping and cannot be disabled.
Error 55003 : Defect Definition is currently used for Statement and Notes Mapping and cannot be disabled.
Error 55003 : Intangible Benefits is currently used for Statement and Notes Mapping and cannot be disabled.
Error 55003 : Objective is currently used for Statement and Notes Mapping and cannot be disabled.
Error 55003 : Problem Statement is currently used for Statement and Notes Mapping and cannot be disabled.
Error 55003 : Resources is currently used for Statement and Notes Mapping and cannot be disabled.

STEPS To Verify if Self Hosted

1. As the System Configurator Perform the Validate Configuration prior to upgrade to verify no errors
2. Apply the upgrade, and patchsets
3. Attempt to place the environment back into "Production Mode"
4. System will not allow moving back into production mode, due to errors that were not present before the installation of the upgrade and patchsets

Verification will be conducted by the Oracle Support Team when testing an upgrade of your account.

Quality Assurance testing revealed a Configuration Validation check that was not in place, and this was added to version 17.1.
