ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After applying Patch 25550076:R12.MSC.C which gave us ability to load the SDS Window and other columns via DepartmentResource.dat file

We find that Self-Service Legacy Collection ExcelLoad.xlt spreadsheet is missing Export macros

The following dat files documented in 12.2.5 self-service legacy collection do not have export macros present in the ExcelLoad.xlt spreadsheet:

ResourceSetup
SetupTransitions
StdOpResources
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
ExcelLoad.xlt has macros to load the three missing dat files

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the ExcelLoad.xlt spreadsheet for self-service legacy collection
2. load 1 of the 3 templates listed
3. Select Add-Ins > APS > Export data file and observe that the export macro is missing
