Read Only Users Able to Delete Equipment from Equipment Inventory Using Keyboard Delete (DEL) Key (Doc ID 2244000.1)

Symptoms

Users configured as Read Only with, including all their right-mouse-click options being disabled, are able to delete equipment (Relay Rack, Shelf, Card, etc) from Equipment Inventory using the keyboard's delete key (DEL). Additionally, there are no permissions/controls to disable the YES button in the response window that verifies the delete row action. Users configured as Read Only should NOT be able to delete equipment.
