Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (ORSIM) ,Trans History screen does not populate the reason to distinguish between a sale or return for transactions coming from Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS).
Steps to Reproduce :
1. Complete a sale of an item in POS
2. Return the above item in POS
3. Login to SIM
4. Select Lookups
5. Select Trans History
6. Filter and search for the above transactions
Notice that the Reason column is empty.
