Incorrect Promotion ID, Promotion Component ID And PromotionComponentDetail ID For Transactions With MultiBuy Promotional Items

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) , when an item is added and deleted from the Sell Item screen and the item is part of an active discount rule, the PromotionCompID , PromotionCompDetID are persisted as 0 , 0 in the TR_MDFR_SLS_RTN_PRC table. The RTlog generated for the transaction fails in RESA with "PROM_COMP_REQ" error.
