Error: 'Could not connect to the server' After Upgrading Gateway To 220.127.116.11

On Primavera Gateway after upgrading from 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199, it was observed that no connection is available from P6 or Unifier to Gateway at 188.8.131.52. The error thrown is:
The connection credential are correct and the error message in Unifier is very similar. There were no errors after upgrading to 184.108.40.206.
