Non-Sellable Packs Are Ranged in SIM with Inventory Quantity Not Equal to '0'

Symptoms
On Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), when a non-sellable pack is ranged, the STORE_ITEM_STOCK relationship is created with inventory (QUANTITY_TOTAL > 0).
Steps to Reproduce:
1. In Retail Merchandising system (RMS), create a new non-sellable pack for 2 items with 2 as pack quantity.
2. Make sure the components have quantity > 0.
3. From the locations, add a store, then submit and approve the item.
4. Check the SIM STORE_ITEM_STOCK table.
Notice that a new record for the new item was inserted but with QUANTITY_TOTAL > 0.
