Goal
On : 7.5.0.17.0 version, Billing Care
The user is requesting the packaging of dependency files as part of SDK
Since OOB behavior is overridden in Billing Care, the associated files are requested to be packaged in SDK, so that user can merge the files at the time of upgrade.
In general, would be great if the packaging strategy is decided based on all integration/override points that the customer can choose to do.
