SIM Managed Server Is Going to Warning State and Data Is Not Flowing from RIB to SIM When High Number of ItemLocCre Messages Are Processed

Symptoms

On Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), when high number of ItemLocCre messages are processed, the SIM managed server goes to overloaded status and to warning state, then data is not flowing from Oracle Retail Integration Bus (ORIB) to SIM.

Steps to Recreate:

1. Range more than 300 newly created items in RMS.
2. Process 300+ ItemLocCre messages.
