Intermittent Errors in UI Maps

Different errors encountered in different scenarios.

Steps To Replicate:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: Case logs page
1. Sample Error 1: Object doesn't support property or method "toString"
1a. After clicking the OK button, the error below would appear right after.
Error:
Error moving data from "$caseId" to "CM_Case/caseId".

TypeError: Unable to get property "documentElement" of undefined or null reference.

2. Sample Error 2: Unable to get property "object" of undefined or null reference.
2a. After clicking the OK button, the error below would appear right after.
Error:

Error moving data from "$caseId" to "CM_Case/caseId".
