NoViableAltException Error In CM Search Zones After ORMB 2.5.0.4 Upgrade (Doc ID 2244624.1)

On : 2.5.0.4.0 version, ENV - Environment

NoViableAltException Error in CM Search Zones After 2.5.0.4 Upgrade

User upgraded ORMB 2.4.0.1 environment to 2.5.0.4. After the upgrade, noticed that all initiated look ups on CM search zones fail with SQL errors. These search zones worked fine until the upgrade. The error messages indicate a parsing related issue.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to “Main Menu > Customer 360”.
2. In the search zone, look up any client using any filter (This example uses “Customer Name = agu” as the search criteria).
3. The lookup ends up with an SQL error:
