Unable To Copy Or Append Mail To Existing Mailbox Or Folder

UID COPY is failing to copy a message with the response: NO [TRYCREATE] Mailbox does not exist, even though the Mailbox does exist.
IMAP session showing that the folder does exist but the store won't allow UID COPY to the folder:
