Unable to Configure the Conditional Routing Trigger Element Within a Workflow Schema Due to the Unavailability of a Data Set (Doc ID 2245034.1)

On Unifier : Any Version

Unable to configure the conditional routing trigger element within a workflow schema due to the unavailability of a data set because there are no values to pick from the desired Data Element's Data Set, even though the Data Set has been populated in the Data Structure Setup.

1. Login Unifier
2. Go to Company Workspace. Admin.
3. Navigate to the desired workspace.
4. Setup > Business Process (BP), select the BP, open the desired workflow schema and click on the Settings tab.
5. For Trigger Elements :select one trigger element, open it, there are no values to pick from as the window is blank/empty.
