Inconsistent Revision Output in Effective Bom Explosion Report

Symptoms
Actual Behavior
Effective Bom Explosion Report displays cases when multiple revision is shown on single row, while in some cases multiple row is displayed for each revision.
Expected Behavior
Effective BOM Explosion Report will have consistent revision output. Multiple Revisions should either be all displayed in separated rows, or displayed in one single merged rows.
Steps
- Login to Web Client and create the following document : : T-00009, T-00010, T-00011, T-00012, T-00013, T-00014, T-00015
- Open T-00009 and move to BOM tab and add the following document :

T-00011 - Open T-00010 and move to BOM tab and add the following document :
T-00012
T-00013 - Open T-00013 and move to BOM tab and add the following document :
T-00014
T-00015 - Create ECO1 and move to Affected Items tab and add T-00009. Set a new Revision 1.0 and Effective Date 07/12/2016 (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Add T-00010, T-00011, T-00012, T-00013, T-00014, T-00015 and set a new Revision 1.0 and set Effective Date to blank
- Release ECO1
- Create ECO2 and add T-00010, T-00011, T-00012, T-00013, T-00014, T-00015 and set a new Revision 1.1 and Effective Date 08/09/2016 (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Release ECO2
- Create ECO3 and add T-00010, T-00011, T-00012, T-00013, T-00014, T-00015 and set a new Revision 2.0 and Effective Date 09/07/2016 (MM/DD/YYYY)
- Release ECO3
- Run Effective Bom Explosion Report
- On Select Item for the Report set T-00009 and press next
- Bom Level : All Level and press next
- Select Date Range:
From: 09/07/2016 (MM/DD/YYYY)
To: 09/07/2016 (MM/DD/YYYY) - Finish
- Effective Bom Explosion Report is generated. T-00009, T-00010 and T-00011 shows Revision Field with multiple revision but for other item, Revision field is set with single revision for each item but is shown in multiple rows
