User & User Groups Status Attribute Has Converted To A Search List Instead of A Simple List (Doc ID 2245323.1)

Symptoms

User & User Groups Status attribute has converted to a search list instead of a simple list; it used to be a simple list for users & usergroups with a pull-down list showing the available options of Active or Inactive.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the User & User Groups Status to be a simple list with a pull-down list & not a search list.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps for User:
1. Login into Java Client
2. Create a user | Admin Tab | Settings | User Settings | Users and save
3. Login in to Web Client
4. Click on Tool icon * Address Book | Users Search for the user
5. Click on Edit button
6. Click on Status attribute
7. The Status attribute shows as a search list
8. It is required to search for a value; enter * and you will be have an option of Active or Inactive.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps for User Groups:
1. Login into Java Client
2. Create a user groups | Admin Tab | Settings | User Groups | add user(s) to the User Group and save
3. Login in to Web Client
4. Click on Tool icon * Address Book | User Groups | Click on the User Group
5. Click on Edit button
6. Click on Status attribute
7. The Status attribute shows as a search list
8. It is required to search for a value; enter * and you will be have an option of Active or Inactive.
