FinalActionScreen Transactions Deleting Policy Field Data When Processed

On : 10.2.0 branch, Activity
Transactions that are processed via the Final Action screen are deleting policy field data.
Transactions that are processed via the Final Action screen should not delete policy field data.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Case, Search
2. Select a Case from a plan with Final Action Screen configured
3. Click on the application
4. Click on Final Action tab
5. Select any Final Action Activity
Before clicking "OK" run SQL queries to verify Policy Field information exist:
SELECT * FROM AsPolicy WHERE PolicyNumber = '[policynumber]'
SELECT * FROM AsPolicyField WHERE PolicyGuid = '[policyGUID]'
6. Click OK and rerun the queries
Due to this issue, users cannot process Final Action Activities or data will be lost.
