Sieve Filter Not Applied in an LMTP Environment

We have defined an imta wide sieve filter in our environment configured as 1 mta + lmtp configuration, to catch messages with keywords contained in subject.
The aim is to automatically fit it in users dedicated subfolder.
Channels seems to be configured, and sieve filter to be efficient, but nothing happens, message goes in Inbox.
