Horizontal Plan Does Not Show All On-hand Inventory As "Beginning On Hand" (Doc ID 2245836.1)

If you look at Collections or view all supply for plan, you can see on-hand inventory for two different subinventories.
However; when you look at Horizontal plan, the Beginning on hand inventory only includes inventory from one of the subinventories.

Collections data shows 6 “On Hand” supply records for items I-CVI-0007-0101 and I-CVI-0007-0102.

shows 3 lines for onhand
qty - sub inv
224 - ABC
65 - DEF
224 - XYZ - ASCP Plan includes XYZ subinventory as “Nettable”

When we look at Horizontal plan, inventory in Subinventory XYZ is not included. Item shows Begging on hand as 289

Total should be 513.

drill to HZ plan

cannot trust horizontal plan to be accurate and use this for planner activities
