Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.16.0 version, Portal Libs
While testing PS16 with delivered patches customer have encountered that field IDs from the customer field range had been used internally by Oracle
Under these IDs customer have the following:
STRING TP_FLD_DEPARTMENT_UNIT = 10011
INT TP_FLD_PAYMENT_DAYS = 10017
STRING TP_FLD_CUSTOMER_NO = 10021
BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users would not be able to proceed with 7.5PS16
