Goal

The latest table re org patch 17640575 brings in the latest files of grant_table_reorg.sql and revoke_table_reorg
However if a customer does a clone and then run sys_grants.sql ( which has the older version of the files grant_table_reorg.sql and revoke_table_reorg), then runs a table re org they will get:

No Sufficient privileges to run table_reorg.reorg Make sure to run grant_table_reorg.sql script. After the reorg is done run revoke_table_reorg.sql
