Information in this document applies to any platform.
In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) version 16.0.X, while the user is trying to create a Transfer Shipment, 'Severe System Error' is received and the shipment cannot be created.
Steps To Recreate:
1. Navigate to Shipping/Receiving -> Transfer Shipment -> Create.
2. Choose Destination Type as 'Store' and select a Destination value.
3. Click Apply.
The following Severe Error message is received: 'Severe system error  occurred at 3-14-20174:00PM. Please contact system administrator'.
4. Click on Details and notice the below:
