Symptoms

On Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) version 7.5.0.16.0 version, the Developer Center application included with Patch set 16 does not function properly.

When attempting to log in using a CSR login, a dialog box is shown saying: "BRM Connection Failed"
