XML ServiceRequest Failed Error at Product Browser

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After installed new Argus Safety environment, company products cannot be searched on Product Browser at Case Actions >> New.
Product Browser can be opened but blank at the time when opened.
When try to search products, a dialog opens with message and products are not searched.
Message on dialog:
Argus Safety Web Server of this environment was installed with Oracle Client version 126.96.36.199.
This symptom is observed on both English UI and Japanese UI.
