Why Are Inactive Items Displayed In The Allocation Details Screen? (Doc ID 2246774.1)

Inactive items are showing up in the Allocation Details screen. This issue happens in the What if Allocation when the item list has both active and inactive items, it appears that the inactive items are coming up in the top portion of the screen.
