Stuck RMO Event With Crew ONS (Doc ID 2246799.1)

INC - Incident / Infrastructure

Operator had a stuck RMO event that they could not release the crew from and could not set the event to INC either.

When the operator tried to release the crew from workagenda, it would behave like normal, but the crew would not get removed from the Crews column on the workagenda.

When the operator tried to set the event to INC, an error dialog popup telling that the device needed to be closed, but the device was not open, it was a RMO. The crew that was ONS on the event has already been deactivated in NMS.
