User Does Not Get Mail Tab In Convergence (Doc ID 2246952.1)

Symptoms

A user does not get the Mail tab upon logging into Convergence.

Convergence works fine for most users, but this one user only sees the Address Book tab, and not the Mail tab.  The user's mailbox does exist, as shown through the Messaging Server's mboxutil command.

No error popup appears when the user logs in.

Looking through the iwc.log for clues, the following error was observed for this user during the login:
