One/more IMAP Error Codes Appear Directly On Convergence GUI Regardless Of Localization

Symptoms
On : 3.0.1 version, Functionality
User found one MailStore error appearing directly as is on the Convergence GUI, regardless of localization.
Error messages are not being translated to the selected language under the options in Convergence.

Message no longer exists
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select French for the convergence language
2. Remove the imap_err_fr.properties and imap_err/fr.properties files
3. Error messages default to English instead of French
Due to this issue, users cannot see the error message in the correct language.
