Why The "Import Location" Port In /parlayx21/sms/SmsNotificationManager WSDL Is Not The Port Of AT (Doc ID 2247192.1)

Goal

On OCSG 6.0.0 version, where the import location in the /parlayx21/sms/SmsNotificationManager WSDL is derived from?

When retrieve the /parlayx21/sms/SmsNotificationManager WSDL from an AT host using url "http://IPOfAT:PortOfAT/parlayx21/sms/SmsNotificationManager?WSDL", the import location in the wsdl returns:

location="https:/IP:443/parlayx21/sms/SmsNotificationManager?WSDL/parlayx_sms_notification_manager_interface_2_3.wsdl"

Why does it contain "https://IPOfAT:443" but not "http://IPOfAT:PortOfAT"?
