ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Refresh Collection Snapshots (MSRFWOR) program is running long on the following SQL:

SQL ID: dgma4gbp77fgn
delete from "APPS"."MTL_ITEM_CATS_SN"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
This should be running much faster.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run collections.
