Unable To Migrate Both Parent And Paying/Non-paying Child Accounts In The Same XML Through PIN_CMT (Doc ID 2247266.1)

Goal

On : 7.5.0.15.0 version, Customer Migration Tool

PIN_CMT is throwing "IL_PR_PAYING_PARENT_NOT_FOUND_ERR" when both Billing account and non-paying child account is placed in the same XML.

Output says 1 of 2 records is successful but both are not loaded into Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) database.
