Last updated on DECEMBER 01, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Utilities Meter Data Management - Version 2.1.0.3 and later
Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing - Version 2.4.0.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

CCB 2.4.0.3 + MDM 2.1.0.3

CCB > Control Central > Account Information > Premise Information zone (C1-RETCCPRMI) calls MDM D1-ExternalSPDeviceDetails for details such as: SP Info, Device Config Info, Next Scheduled Read Date, Measurement Cycle Info, Measurement Cycle Route Info. MDM returns Next Scheduled Read Date as YYYY-MM-DD, but this causes an error and the CCB zone fails to display the MDM information.

MDM sends:

[...]

  2016-11-01
  Monthly - Day 1
  Route 1

Note well, 2016-11-01, which causes CCB to fail:
