Rebate Claim Person Contacts Defaulted Is Different From Person Contacts (Doc ID 2247343.1)

When rebate claims are created, person contacts that are being defaulted are different from person contacts.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to person and check on contacts
2. Click on add rebate, when rebate claim details populated it shows right phone numbers close out without saving
3. Go to person contacts and change values
4. Click on Add rebate now when details are populated it shows old values not new ones
