On : 11.1 version, Business User Issues (Experience Manager or Workbench)

When make changes in content items and save in Experience Manager, occasionally the items in the left-side "contents" panel disappear or show.  Scrolling may or may not make the items appear normally.  

Reloading the browser page allows the items to display normally.
