When the user clicks on the task from Internet Explorer 11, a blank screen is displayed and no content is displayed. It happens intermittently
When the user clicks on the task, content is displayed appropriately
Issue is not reproducible with Firefox and Chrome
Issue still happens even after deleting browser cache
Issue happens for a few users only
1. Login to Web Client
2. Open Program
3. Click Navigator button
4. From the Navigation pane, click a task
