Symptoms

On : 2.3.1 version,

Unable to start ccb, While starting Oracle Utilities after product installation, the following error is seen ccb in weblogic log:

- 2017-03-14 09:11:23,162 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '0' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR (support.context.ComponentContainerLookupHelper) Didn't find lookup class for interface interface com.splwg.base.api.lookup.ModuleLookup
