Symptoms

Original - When running Planning Data Collection in Net Change Refresh and including On hand, some of the updated On hand is not getting collected properly and shows wrong quantities

UPDATE 04-DEC-2017 - Customer observed that targeted refresh of data collections with Entity Requisitions / Purchase Orders = No resulted in missing PO data
