Symptoms
MetaSolv Solution version 6.2.1
When attempting to create PSR orders in bulk using the createOrderByValueRequest XML API, several UnhandledProcessException, HTTP 500 due to SOAP fault, java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out and java.lang.NullPointerException errors are thrown. This process normally works, but creating multiple PSR orders keeps throwing the errors. It has been observed that the process works as expected when creating PSR "shell orders" having no products, but fails when importing service items on the order.
