MTA Parameter of Length Greater than 127 are Autoterminated and not Accepted by MTA (Doc ID 2248669.1)

Goal

On :  7.5.0.14.0 version, MTA

Whenever user provide a parameter value to MTA having length greater than 127 the string is auto-terminated when MTA executes. 

Can product allow this in dynamic length ?
