T2T Data Mapping Batch Fails with OCIERROR: ORA-12545

Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA)
In a newly installed and migrated environment with Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) 8.0.1 or higher, you get the following errors running a Table to Table (T2T) load in the log from $FIC_DB_HOME/log/t2t:
ClsUSmsConnect::retrieveInformation, Executed Query = SELECT a.V_SRV_IP_ADDR, a.V_SRV_PORT, a.V_USER_ID, a.V_PASSWORD, a.V_FTP_SHARE, a.V_FTP_DRIVE, a.V_FILE_CATEGORY, a.V_SOURCE_TYPE, a.V_DB_NAME, a.V_DATE_FORMAT, a.V_DB_TYPE, a.V_TABLE_OWNER FROM AAI_ETL_SOURCE a WHERE a.V_SOURCE_NAME = 'OFSPFTSRC'

ClsUSmsConnect::ClsUSmsConnect, Error, failed to retrieve ETL information
